A sequel titled was released on August 27, 2009 in Japan. The story follows a college anthropology student as he discovers the cursed RPG, as well as a cursed platformer

. The game's title refers to the protagonist's left eye, represented by the left screen of the DS when held sideways, which can see supernatural events. It sold 15,000 copies the week of its release.

Two DSiWare versions of the cursed game, titled and respectively, have also been released.
