. She studied Kurdish language

 and literature at the University of Sulaimaniya and worked as a teacher for many years before she joined the Kurdish liberation movement. She has published Three volumes of her short stories and Three poetry books. She has entered the literature world at 1976, when she was the only female Kurdish poet.
She has also translated several literary articles from Arabic and Persian to Kurdish, which are novels, short stories and Drama. She has several literary works for children.
