Club career

Hasheminasab started at Mobarezan F.C. as a youngster and it was obvious that he had skill and potential so he was quickly snapped up by Pas F.C. who appreciated the fact he was an asset for the club. As time went on Hasheminasab came and went to many sides including Bargh Shiraz F.C., Entezam F.C. and Pars Khodro F.C.. Hasheminasab established himself though in Persepolis F.C.. His talent in heading and steady defending earned him a spot in the national team and respect of most football critics. After a number of successful seasons with Persepolis, he made a move to Turkmenistan

He lasted there for one season and then in transferred to Azadegan League sdie, Oghab F.C. in 2005, where he played with other veterans such as Khodadad Azizi

After a number of very good seasons with Persepolis, Hasheminasab was called up to the national team, earning his first cap versus Kuwait
