She is a blind young woman who attracted Iranian nation with her poems and voice. Maryam’s poems are full of lovely romantic romance where sincere lover addressing her love with the most simple words that people are using in everyday communications and they are having deep meaning full of sense.

Some Iranian singers have created songs using her poetry. Her lyrics can be heard in songs by pop singers Kamran and Hooman who have turned many of her poems into songs on their debut album 20.

Heydarzadeh has a very explicit sense to life and, commonly in her poems, she imagines that she is in another world.
