Marshalls was established in the late 1880s. It operates quarries and factories producing natural stone and concrete hard landscaping products including bricks, slabs, tiles, paving and walling. Its customers are construction companies, builders' merchants and DIY shops. Turnover for the year ended 31 December 2004 was £362.3 million.
