. An excellent marksman from the penalty spot and AIK's first-choice penalty taker, Jonsson has stated in several interviews that he has never missed a penalty kick in a competitive match as a senior player. Until 7 November 2009 he had taken 13 penalties for AIK in 2006, converting all 13.

Jonsson has since been called up for the national team for their yearly winter tour, this time being held in South America, facing Venezuela and Ecuador (twice).
