to work with Richard Gauthier. The Siudeks planned to retire after the 2005-2006 Olympic season, but made the decision to stay in after the 2007 European Championships
were assigned to Poland. They were forced to withdraw from the 2007 World Championships
during the long program due to injury (Mariusz's). The couple took their final bows, then left the ice.
Siudek & Siudek announced their retirement from competitive skating following the 2007 Worlds. After retiring, they returned to Poland and began coaching in Toruń

Career
Siudek started skating in 1978 and took up pair skating in 1989. His early partners were Beata Szymłowska, Beata Zielińska and Marta Głuchowska. He teamed up with Dorota ZagórskaDorota Zagórska
