Trivia

  • Makoto's grandfather is the main character of another of Kazuo Umezu's works entitled Again.
  • One of the most familiar aspects of the series is the catch phrase used by many of the characters, "Gwashi!", which is accompanied by a hand sign made by pressing the middle and pinky fingers down while leaving the other fingers sticking out.
