Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai in his poetry has used the word of Mahesar which means Murshid,Kamil and guiding soul.This tribe has scattered population living in almost all districts of Sindh but in majority in Khairpur Mir's Dadu district and Naushahro Feroze.In Naushahro Feroze Mahesar community is living in near Darbello and Kamaldero near Khairpur. Besides these place Mahesar Tribe also lived in all over Sindh, including Balouchistan and Punjab Provices.
