The campus of the University which has already developed into a small township is ideally located on an area of about 180 acres of land on the bank of Markanda River with exotic lush green surroundings of green fields, high trees and rural folk with all facilities of modern amenities on its campus.

The University has its own civic facilities like water supply, sewerage and electrification with provision of high-powered soundless generators to ensure uninterrupted electric supply in each of the buildings. Intercom system with over 750 connections, connects offices, hostels and Residential Complex in the university to facilitate free flow of communication.

Accommodation

A 3-star Hotel-cum-Resort is coming up to provide accommodation to visitors and also to act as Laboratory for the students of its Institute of Hotel Management. A centrally air-conditioned MM International School with high quality infrastructure consisting of two multi-storied teaching blocks, hostel facilities, administrative block, Library-cum-Lab complex, Sports-cum-Physical Education complex, with Gymnasium and facilities of a number of indoor as well as outdoor games, including Swimming Pool are also present.
