Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Engineering College of Information Technology, Bijnore has been established as the constituent college of the university. It is also the only government-owned engineering college affiliated to the university.

The university retains the Noida center and regional office of the former UPTU, located at C-22, Sector-62, Noida.

As of July 2010, the university remains only on paper and functions are still being carried out by GBTU
