in women's singles by a score of 5–1. Keys earned her first main draw into the 2011 U.S. Open by beating Beatrice Capra in a wildcard playoff on Aug. 21, 2011.
She plays right-handed with a double-handed backhand. Her highest junior ranking was No.35 on April 6, 2009. She is one of the youngest tennis player to win a match on the WTA Tour, at the age of 14 years and 48 days by beating World No.81 Alla Kudryavtseva
