The 75000 square feet (6,967.7 m²) Lumière Place casino floor features approximately 2,000 slots, 55 tables and a 13-table poker room.

HoteLumière has 294 all-suite guest rooms and the 19 story Four Seasons St. Louis has 200 rooms, including 14 suites.

The property also features the 450 seat Lumière Theatre for live entertainment. Since its debut in 2008, Lumière Theatre has played host to the Go-Go’s, Joan Rivers, Legends in Concert, Thunder from Down Under, Louie Anderson, the Rat Pack, WBF Championship Boxing, Mixed martial arts
