It is a cover version of Danish singer Kristine Blond's 2000 hit "Love Shy", the Club Asylum remix of the track became a UK Garage

Rather interestingly, the original version of Love Shy had been given a bassline makeover by the respected DJ/producer Shaun 'Banger' Scott at the end of 2007. The remix was well received in the bassline scene, this is possibly the reason that Platnum decided to produce their own version.

Music video

The video starts with a word pop up (Platnum) then another (Love Shy), then a car pulls up and the two girls get out of it, then they start to dance, then another car pulls up and the boy gets out, then the boy comes over and sits on his car, then he starts singing, then his friends come, then they start dancing with the girls, then more people come and one guy gets out of his car, he cuddles two girls, then a learner driver car comes and the geek gets out of it, and also an old man gets out, then he starts playing music out of his car, then the geek starts dancing then one of the girls dances with him, then the whole group start dancing, then when a guy says something to his girlfriend (played by Amy Green). She looks disgusted at him, then goes to dance with the boy (From Platnum), then the man looks angry, he tries to win her back with his dancing, one of the girls dances with the old man, then it leaves them all dancing.

The girls featured in the video are the Maxpower Babes, one of them is Amy Green, an ex-Page 3 model.

The video also stars dancer/model "BB" who stars in the "E4" show "Dirty Sexy Things
