It was directed by Liberty Media, LLC, and owned by Mike Zigler, George Harris, Doug French, Mark Warden and Bob Beers. It was edited by communication professional and Las Vegas journalist Mike Zigler.

Editor of Libery Watch Mike Zigler died October 16, 2009 in his home garage according to a coroner’s office spokesman, the cause of death was “acute carbon monoxide inhalation of automobile exhaust.” The manner of death was originally determined to be suicide, but the Clark County Coroner rescinded its original ruling on Zigler's death and officially ruled it as accidental. Zigler’s body was found in his car parked in the garage of his Henderson home. Zigler was 29.
