Leila Farjami's poetry has been translated and published in several languages, namely English, French, Swedish, Turkish, and Arabic. Farjami has published four books in Persian including three poetry books and one book of translations of Kabir's poetry.

Leila Farjami has founded a popular poetry podcast in Persian named "Sherophone" with her colleague and poet friend, Mana Aghaee. Sherophone is a biweekly poetry podcast in Persian introducing one contemporary Iranian poet and one non-Iranian poet to listeners.
