College career
Frazier spent four years at West Virginia. As a junior he recorded 49 tackles, eight pass break ups, and two tackles for losses. He was awarded the Whitney Gwynne Award from coaching staff for hi unsung contributions. As a team captain in his senior season, he totaled 61 tackles, 13 pass break ups, five tackles for losses, five interceptions, four forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries, he also returned 12 punts for 282 yards and a touchdown. In his career, he returned 42 punts for 490 yards. He was also a member of the Athletic Director’s Academic Honor Roll, and he graduated with a degree in Physical Education specializing in athletic coaching.National Football League (2004–2006)
