was the woman attacked by a dragon in Chapter 12 (the dragon is the symbol of the City of London).

Wagner was dismissed as a crank by almost all observers. His research was criticised as vague and unsupported:
Prophetic visions are produced by people repeatedly looking at a picture or a statue, which creates a lasting image on the "Astral Plane" independent of space and time. Others can receive it in the past, or the future, when they are in trance. It would therefore be most surprising, if the most photographed person of all times had not given rise to prophetic visions in the past. After all she had in excess of 100 Billion copies of her photos printed. In the following prediction there are 8 certain features linking "the Woman" to Princess Diana (plus a few vague ones), which disprove the traditional guesswork that the Woman was the Virgin Mary, the Church, Christianity or even the Holy Spirit.

Ironically, Wagner himself was born at 18:37 - two numbers which, when multiplied together, give 666.

Clearly sympathetic to the princess, Wagner once felt he was the only person who could save her. He once maintained a website detailing his prophecies, but the site is no longer active.

In January 1996, after having shadowed Princess Diana for six months, he was arrested outside the princess' health club in Chelsea and charged with breach of the peace.

In a subsequent interview with the Daily Mirror he stated in relation to the princess "You are the only hope for this country. The war of the establishment against you has reached a new stage."
