KPXO was a charter affiliate of the network when it began as PAX TV in 1998. Due to limited feed abilities, KPXO is not available over-the-air or on cable in many other areas of the state.

Digital television

In 2009, KPXO left analog channel 66, remaining on digital channel 41 when the analog to digital transition was completed on January 15, 2009.
