 was founded by Tariq Bashir at Sialkot, Pakistan on January 1, 2010, who is new in politics without having a political or aristocratic background. Founder is the Party Member but not a permanent Party leader

Party structure

All projects of the Justice and Development Party Pakistan controlled by JDP Central Working Committee which is the principal executive organ of the Party. It discusses and sets overall party policies and strategies. Decisions taken by a simple majority vote. JDP Central Working Committee will have the right to set up temporary or permanent subcommittees to oversee various operating, policy and strategy aspects of the JDP's activities.
