's Harbor at Le Havre with red. It is believed he'd planned a yellow attack, which he never carried out although he wasn't charged with the vandalism in New York and Toronto. Although the museum officials at the MoMA initially believed his action to be an accident, Brown later admitted that he viewed his actions as artistic.
