College

Darvill played four years at Loyola; he was named to the MAAC All-Rookie squad in his first year, was the MAAC Offensive Player of the Year, and earned spots on the league First Team, the NSCAA/adidas All-North Atlantic Regional team and the Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Year as a junior in 2008, and repeated as the MAAC Offensive Player of the Year as a senior in 2009 while being named to the MAC Hermann Trophy watch list. He finished his college career having played 73 games for the Greyhounds, with 36 goals and 27 assists to his name.

Professional

Darvill turned professional in 2010 when he signed to play for the Real Maryland Monarchs
