2010 bankruptcy

On October 6, 2010, Itoys Inc. had its name legally changed to 2022170 Ontario Inc. Following this, via BDO, on October 19, 2010, 2022170 Ontario Inc sent out its "Notice of Bankruptcy and First Meeting of Creditors" documentation to each of the 117 people and companies named in the documentation.

 forms a new company called Itoys USA Inc. Previous company, 2022170 Ontario Inc. transferred all assets and brands to the new ITOYS USA inc. Located at 555 Richmond St W, suite 212 PO BOX 1004, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5V3B1. Along with previous properties owned by 2022170 Ontario Inc, IToys USA Inc has recently signed on to distribute Dracco's Filly toy called My Filly Princess.

Controversy

With Itoys Inc. declaring bankruptcy, many previous customers have become upset that the company has shut down support for many of their previous products, despite IToys USA still owning the properties. Many video and review sites display customer caution on purchasing IToys products due to the nature of previous IToys conduct.
