 in Fall 2001. Lidsky was the first student to be named a fellow of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law. He graduated magna cum laude in 2004. After law school, Isaac clerked for Judge Thomas Ambro on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He then joined the Appellate Staff of the Civil Division of the Justice Department. In 2.5 years in that position, Isaac argued more than 12 cases on behalf of the U.S. government in federal courts of appeal.

In May 2009, he was named one of four "Temple Bar Scholars" by the American Inns of Court. In that capacity, he will spend a month in London representing the American legal profession as he is exposed to the British legal system and community.

He is currently the CEO of an up and coming construction firm that focuses on the Central Florida area.

Lidsky is the head of Hope For Vision

Lidsky lives with his wife, Dorothy (Johnston) Lidsky, whom he married in 2004. In September 2010, they had triplets, two boys and one girl.
