• Encourage the use of new efficient technologies and substitution in industry, agriculture, services, housing, buildings and transport.
• Manage and track savings plans and national energy efficiency.
• Promote the rational and efficient use of energy, both in the business environment and in particular.
• Collaborate with the European Commission
