History

The Institute for Communications Law Studies was established in in 1981 by Catholic University of America Law Professor Harvey Zuckman.

Director

The current director of the Institute for Communications Law Studies is Professor Donna Gregg. Professor Gregg is a former senior policy adviser to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and former chief of the Federal Communications Commission
