Plot

Scott is an US Marine, who serves in the US embassy located in Japan. One day he gets message that his long unseen sister Kim, who works as a model in Spain is in serious trouble, he asks for a dismisal from his outpost and travels Spain to help her.
Unfortunately she's murdered before Scott's arrival. Local police is somewhat reluctant to take any action, so Scott starts investigation on his own.

After a couple of days of sniffing around, he meets with Kim's girlfriend, Virginia who's pointing him towards drug business related people who might be responsible for the crime. Fellow soldier to Scott - major Davis (played by Charles Napier
