History

The resort was developed and owned by the Spackman family, who sold to Morgan RV Resorts LLC in 2008.

Controversy

This year, former and current employees staged a protest due to working and safety conditions at the park, claiming that "Rides are continuously closed, or many times forced to be open using rigged components because the company will not or cannot pay for the parts that will allow maintenance to fix them properly."

Lodging

Lodging at Indiana Beach includes a hotel called Beach Club Inn. Along with the Beach Club Inn is Ideal Beach Suites and Boardwalk Motel, two other motel-type accommodations within the resort. There are also the Beach Club and Hoosier Pointe, which are lakefront cottages and duplexes that have access to a private pool as well as private boat docks. Ideal Cottages were added to the lineup in 2011. Indiana Beach Cottages offer different sizes/designs and sleeping capacities. There are also two campgrounds totaling approximately 1,000 camp sites.
