) as an avenue for authors (researchers) to publish their results quickly. At the same time the publication was to maintain "very high standards" for the works it accepted. The focus of the rapidly published results were to be, and are, focused on the field of antennas and propagation. Hence, soon after papers are accepted they are available on IEEE Explore for consultation.
