species by the greenish-brown ground colour of the forewing upperside together with the red and black hindwing upperside. The forewing upperside ground colour is khaki with a slight greenish tone. The discal spot is black, small but conspicuous, just distal to which is a diffuse darker brown patch. Only the first and fourth postmedian bands are well developed.
