. This was Brokken's third consecutive appearance on the Eurovision stage and it would be her last as a performer.

The song is in the chanson style, popular at the early Contest. Brokken sings that she wants to tell the whole world "my secret", because she is happy. She wonders if perhaps the world is too busy to be happy, but this does not diminish her joy. Peculiarly, she never explains why she is happy. Brokken also recorded the song in French, as "Toi mon cœur, tu sais" (translated "You My Heart, You Know").
