They both skiped to the Smackdown brand where they rejoined wade barret and both them and barrett allined themselves with Ezekiel Jackson and all four attacked the Big Show(Wrestler) and started a feud with him. after months of losing and winning jackson turned face when he walked out on the corre and in a backstage segement Barrett, Slater and Gabriel attacked jackson thus exiling fromthe group.

On the 17 July episode of Smackdown Gabriel and Slater faced each other in which Slater said that he is tired of sharing his spotlight with gabriel and that he should be on top of the WWE not gabriel, Gabriel however won the match with his finisher. 450 Splash. Since then they went into single's competition. WWE announced on October 17 that slater had been suspended from WWE due to a Wellness Violation for 30 days.
