The Greenliant icon symbolizes a multi-chip module with an energy-efficient green core and the name represents the company's target differentiators - green and reliable (secure). The company designs and markets three major product lines:
  • NANDrive embedded SSDs (solid-state drive
    Solid-state drive
A solid-state drive , sometimes called a solid-state disk or electronic disk, is a data storage device that uses solid-state memory to store persistent data with the intention of providing access in the same manner of a traditional block i/o hard disk drive...

    s) consist of an integrated controller and NAND flash die in a small multi-chip package. The GLS85 devices have the same footprint across all capacities, are backwards compatible and designed for commercial and industrial grade temperatures.

In November 2010, Greenliant began sampling its SATA interface NANDrive GLS85LS products, which have up to 64GB capacity in a 14mm x 24mm x 1.85mm 145 BGA (ball grid array), 1mm ball pitch package. NANDrive devices have content protection zones and users can select areas of the storage to protect with fast erase.
  • NAND flash memory controller
    Flash memory controller
A flash memory controller manages the data stored on flash memory and communicates with a computer or electronic device. Flash memory controllers can be designed for operating in low duty-cycle environments like SD cards, CompactFlash cards, or other similar media for use in digital cameras, PDAs,...

products intelligently manage the inherent deficiencies of NAND flash, taking this burden off of the host system.

  • Specialty Flash Memory includes the ComboMemory, CSF (Concurrent SuperFlash), Many-Time Programmable and SSF (Small-Sector Flash) families. Available in commercial, extended and industrial grade temperatures, these products provide high reliability and a small footprint, making them well-suited for space and power-constrained code storage applications.
