The school contains several different clubs and learning organizations established to aid preparation for college, such as the National Honors Society (3.5 GPA and above), Octagon Club, Key Club, and others. Twelve Honors Scholars graduated from the school in 2007. To be an honors scholar, one must maintain a 4.0 GPA or above by the end of senior year.
