Fox Rothschild LLP is a national law firm with more than 500 attorneys practicing in 16 offices coast to coast. Lawyers at the firm provide a full range of legal services to public and private business entities, charitable, medical and educational institutions and individuals throughout the country.

The firm ranks among the top 200 law firms nationally, according to The American Lawyer.

History

The firm was founded in Philadelphia in 1907 with two attorneys.

In recent years, Fox Rothschild has experienced significant growth, opening offices that expand the breadth of the firm's geographical presence and deepening the provision of legal services it offers to clients.
In 2009, Pastore Osterberg LLC joined forces with Fox Rothschild, expanding the firm's reach to Stamford, Connecticut and adding a 15th office to the firm’s growing national platform. Most recently, in November 2010, the firm opened an office in Washington, DC, to further serve clients’ international needs. The office was opened in conjunction with the arrival of Margaret M. Gatti, Louis K. Rothberg and Mark A. Sullivan, who added significant capability in international transactions, import-export regulation and government contracting law to Fox Rothschild’s growing international law practice, with more than 50 attorneys nationwide.
