 and came through the ranks there, but made his debut at Factor from Ljubljana in the 2006/07 season. After being a regular in the next season, injuries ruined his progress during the 2008/09 season. His contract ran out in the summer of 2009, and he signed for Olimpija Ljubljana on a free transfer.

After making his debut in 2006, he went on to play 15 times for the Slovenian U-21 side.
