Erattupetta is located at 9.7°N 76.78°E. It has an average elevation of 24 metres (78 feet).the town got a major portion known as Aruvithura ,where the famous [NAINAR MASJID]Aruvithura church exists.

Erattupetta is biggest city in an India. These contain Muslim's, Cristian, and Hindus religion. There are living in three potions, the main part of the erattupetta is in front of the Nainar pally juma masdjid.
