 Bauchelain and Korbal Broach. He detests his job but must keep it to feed his wife and children. He is married to Subly Reese, a large, loud and abusive woman, so he chose a terrifying and dangerous job that took him far away from her for long periods rather than a safe job close to home.

History

Mancy was hired in the town of Lamentable Moll by Bauchelain and Korbal Broach, two necromancers with a habit of killing people to experiment on their bodies, raising the dead, and summoning demons. His employers are continuously forced to flee from city to city due to the ongoing 'unexplained disappearance' of citizens in the city. It is Mancy's job to drive their wagon, dispose of the leftover parts and attend to the other mundane duties that accompany being in the employ of two serial killers. To Mancy's often terrified disgust, people always seem content to warn or drive off his employers rather than killing them outright. Since his hire by the necromancer duo, Mancy lives his life in a continuous state of fear and near-panic eased only by his consumption of his employers poppyseed
