2010 Court Case

On August 15, 2010 he handed himself in to police following a collision between his BMW Z4

 and a pedestrian who suffered head injuries. He was bailed the same day. Two days later it was reported that the man, 18-year-old Oliver Flint, had suffered bleeding to the brain and had lost all of his sight in one eye and most of his sight in the other eye. On November 3 the Crown Prosecuters ruled that Elliott had acted in self defence. He pleaded guilty to driving without insurance during the car accident and was fined £850 and given 6 penalty points on his licence.

Tittensor was assaulted as he left court by Oliver's father, John Flint, who was arrested on the spot.
