It consists of a two-story, flat-roofed administration building with an attached -story, barrel vaulted drill shed, spanning open space of 70000 square feet (6,503.2 m²). The building features asymmetrical 3- and 4-story towers. It is constructed of brick and sits on a stone foundation of Warsaw bluestone
