 (June 24, 1861 – October 31, 1899), was an English nobleman. He was the son of Fleetwood John Pellew and Emily Sarah Ferguson.

On 3 June 1884 he married Edith Hargreaves. The couple had two children:
  • Georgina Cecily Pellew (18 December 1885 – May 17, 1930), died unmarried
  • Edward Addington Hargreaves Pellew (1890–1922), later 5th Viscount Exmouth
