.  They provide McAfee SaaS Email Encryption powered by Echoworx email encryption technology through their McAfee SaaS division (formerly MxLogic).  On July 30, 2009, McAfee announced plans to acquire managed email and web security vendor MX Logic. The acquisition provided an enhanced range of SaaS-based security services such as cloud-based intelligence, web security, email security, endpoint security and vulnerability assessment. The deal closed on September 1, 2009 at a price of $140 million. MX Logic staff has been integrated into McAfee’s SaaS business unit.  McAfee has been offering SaaS Email encryption service since May 2010.

The company's original priority was the small business market, but has evolved to the enterprise and corporate market.
