". Stan agrees happily and smiles again.
The next scene shows Stan tasting Ollie's birthday cake (Which he enjoys very much) and then fills up Buster's bowl with water from the fountain after putting him in his little bed. After a while Ollie comes home and rings the doorbell, he then hides behind the plants. When Stan comes out Ollie runs into the house and locks Stan out. Ollie plays around with the locked out Stan ruffling his hair and knocking on his head. Stan finally gets back inside when he sees Ollie dancing for the pretty Chinese girl he met in the bar. Stan tells him to be quiet because he'll wake up Buster which gives Ollie the idea of doing so by calling Buster, who jumps at him making Ollie fall back. Stan then asks if Ollie is drunk. Ollie smiles and nods. Stan looks appalled and tells Ollie to go to bed. After putting Buster back to bed, Stan goes upstairs to find Ollie combing his hair saying "I don't want to go to bed, I want to party!" Stan chases Ollie through the bedroom and both of them start wrestling. Stan is fed up and says that he wants to go to bed, which he does. After he falls asleep, Ollie comes in and asks him what he thinks about his "Spring Suit". Stan waves him off and continues to sleep. Ollie then gets the water jar which lies on Stan's bedside table and pours it on Stan's nightclothes and bed. Ollie laughes his head off and Stan claims that he will quit in the morning.
The next scene shows Stan entering Ollie's room to give him the bill. Ollie crumples it up and says "You can't quit, I won't let you" and Stan starts throwing vases on the floor and breaking the windows. He then chases after Ollie who hides in the fountain pretending to be one of the spitters. But after a while he comes out again telling Stan to forget the past and to be pals again. Stan agrees and shakes his hand. Ollie then ruffles his hair again and Stan does the same to him. They both laugh and Ollie pushes Stan into the fountain.
