Features

At the start of the game, the user will be given 15,000 coins, eleven bronze players and one silver player to start with.
  • Play - Play the two types of the matches, Friendly matches and League matches. In Friendly matches, the players can play with the other friends that play FIFA Superstars. Some of winning matches gains Match Credit to play league matches. The player takes the penalty if the match is drawn, to score the winning goal. No goal means the team loses. In league matches, the players will play six types of the leagues. It have Superstars League, MLS Barclays Premier League, Ligue 1

     and New Pro League. The players will start with Superstars League. The lowest class of the league is Tutorial League that will randomly choose the South African teams, after win the match will be promote to next league, Juniors C League. The Superstars League have the other users that is not the user's friends. After win the match will not publish any thing on the beaten team owner. The real leagues will give more rewards when the club beaten all the teams in each leagues. And New Pro League, The players will play with the teams from Barclays Premier League, La Liga, npower Championship, Serie A and Major League Soccer. Your statistic will be appear on the Leaderboard, this league need supporters that starts with 50,000 supporters . Ask friends for supporters to unlock next match. Score the points to claim the rewards, claim reward in each five matches (in npower championship, gift is claimed after 6 matches due to total 48 matches). All leagues need the ticket called Match Credits. Players can earn match credit by winning friendly matches, complete the league, wait for countdown clock, ask friends for credits, take the shootout practice and buy from store.

  • Match Predictor Predict the real match from around the world and earn token to trade-in rewards.

  • Be a Fan - Choose the Premier League team, and buy a team crest, stadium, jerseys and fan kits. Once completed, player will be able to purchase player from that club of your choice.

  • Manage - Choose the starting eleven of the club, sell players and change the formation of the club.

  • Training - Keep your players fit by giving them some workouts to do, more time for training will give more training points. It improves the chance of winning. Losing the league match will reduce training point.

  • Stadium - See the club stadium.

  • Trade - Trade with other users to get the players you want.

  • Store - The store have four types of items. Players, purchase players to improve the team. There are five types of players. Bronze (Cost 10,000 coins and lowest performance.), Silver (Cost 25,000 coins and lower performance.), Gold (Need Level 10 to buy, cost 65,000 coins and high performance.), Gold Plus (Need Level 15 to buy, cost 250,000 coins or 90 Playfish Cash and higher performance), Elite (140 Playfish Cash and highest performance.). Staff, Coach and Personal Trainer. Match Credits, take penalty shootout to gain one free match credit or use Playfish Cash to buy. Stadium Upgrades, upgrade the stadium to improve the rewards.

Like the players

To become a fan of the players and club, move the mouse towards the player image or team crest, wait until Like icon appears. Then, click on it and press Like.

Match Predictor

To predict the match, the predictions must be done in the weekend or day that the match will take place, enter the score and click Submit to confirm the prediction. Users will win stuff if they predict correctly.

Superstars of the Week

"SOTW", this is updated every Wednesday, the teams are based on players' performance in the past week. They will have a blue number, that shows they are limited edition, and can be obtained in packs or the special SOTW pack, that usually costs Playfish Cash.

First birthday anniversary

In May 26, 2011, the game celebrates its first birthday with the name "FIFA Superstars Birthday Blast". By selling various items from May 26 to June 3. The items were:

Player Database Update

The update occurs after the transfer window has been closed. The update will change player's rating, player's team, teams in Pro League and National League. The last update occurred at September 21, 2011. The Pro League and National League will go offline for a few hours for team update.
