Dudley Adrian Conroy Ryder, 8th Earl of Harrowby (known as Conroyborn 18 March 1951) is a British

. He was known as Viscount Sandon from 1987 until 2007.
Harrowby was the only son of Dudley Ryder, 7th Earl of Harrowby. His mother is Jeanette Rosalthe Johnston-Saint. His sister is Rosalthé Frances Ryder (now Lady Rosalthé Rundall).
He was educated at Eton
, the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and Magdalene College, Cambridge
. He became director of Compton Street Securities in 1988.
He succeeded to the earldom on the death of his father on 9 October 2007.
