The site was in beta for many months and went live on August 6, 2009 . All videos are subtitled in English and the service has two services: free with commercials and limited episodes or premium with no commercials and all episodes and shows. Premium rates start at $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year.. Videos are streaming in high quality flash video. DramaFever is only available to US and Canada users due to international licensing agreements. DramaFever currently has many popular South Korean dramas online like Shining Inheritance and Boys Over Flowers
