The Dijkpoort is a 14th century citygate in the Dutch City Hattem
.
In 1908 the gate was restored, with help from the architect Pierre Cuypers
, a wall walk and corner turrets were added, recognizable by the different color of stones.
Outside the gate was formerly a newer front gate with two round towers. A compound wall is still standing, where are the cannon and Arquebus
embrasures are located.
