. Diamantis established himself as a soccer player in high school and college. He worked diligently for the advancement of soccer in the Boston area. His book follows the careers of the first Greek-American Major League baseball players, glorifying Hellenic pride and dignity in "The Great American Pastime."
He graduated from the University of Massachusetts, with a degree in biology. Diamantis, commonly known as "Adam", resides in Canton, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
