Hospitals

This area has been known for the treatment of mentally ill patients for a long time. The Government of Pakistan established a National Psychiatric Health unit, called the "Government Mental & General Hospital" in Dhodial in the early 1960s. Its purpose was to treat the mentally ill patients and also had a general hospital. It had a complete range of facilities for the treatment of mental patients, including physical and mental grooming.
