Wilder made his professional debut on the undercard of Jeff Lacy vs. Jermain Taylor fight. He fought Ethan Cox and won by KO in the first round of a four round bout. He is currently 19-0 in pro boxing as of November 2011, all by knockout. On May 6, 2011 he won against Reggie Pena by 1 round TKO.
